The rental costs for our locations vary depending on specific factors, such as dates, booking duration, event type, and additional services or equipment requirements.
The VANILLA LOFT requires a minimum booking duration of half a day, with flexible scheduling options between 8AM – 2PM or 2PM – 10PM.

Cozy loft on the ground floor with direct garden access and a private bar. Most popular as breakout-location for the SILENT LOFT right adjacent to it.
GRAND LOFT (210m²)
Our biggest location, right below on the ground floor! Lots of natural light, large industrial windows, five meter room height and a private green courtyard make this the perfect location for seminars and events for up to 200 people.
FILM LOFT No. 1 (170m²)
Unleash creativity in the 170 m² FILM LOFT No. 1, a film and event haven with a 120-year-old concrete floor, right above our GRAND LOFT. Ideal for seminars, conferences, and private events, its spacious layout, and superb breakout possibilities create a perfect atmosphere for incentives or intimate gatherings.
FILM LOFT No. 2 (70m²)
Perfect for small gatherings for up to 30 people. Also world best as a breakout room from the FILM LOFT No. 1 which is just one floor below, or the FILM LOFT No. 3, adjacent to it.
FILM LOFT No. 3 (110m²)
Explore our FILM LOFT No. 3, an industrial-style loft designed for up to 40 people, with a small kitchen and garden view. Abundant natural light and prime breakout possibilities with the FILM LOFT No.2 next door, make it the perfect space for creative collaboration and memorable events.

Our venue is fully equipped with audio-visual facilities, projectors, microphones, and other presentation essentials. Additionally, we provide comfortable furniture, seating arrangements, and customisable layouts to suit your event needs.
CAN I ARRANGE FOR CATERING SERVICES?
Absolutely! We offer our in-house catering services through Durstwaren & Essbarkeiten. However, if you prefer to bring your own food or opt for external catering, you are more than welcome to do so. Moreover, our central location offers a variety of restaurants and bistros in close proximity for your convenience.
HOW CAN GUESTS ACCESS THE VENUE, AND WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS?
We are conveniently located with excellent transportation options. Public transport is easily accessible, with well-connected bus routes including 12A, 13A, 14A, and 59A. The U4 underground line at “Kettenbrückengasse” station is only a 5-minute walk. Additionally, our private inner courtyard offers convenient parking options for loading and unloading purposes.
